Nucleic acid sampling kiosks in many places in China changed to fever diagnosis and treatment stations

With the further adjustment of epidemic prevention and control measures in China, the demand for nucleic acid testing in society has been greatly reduced, and nucleic acid sampling kiosks have been changed to fever diagnosis and treatment stations or convenience medical points in many places.

The official website of the Shandong Provincial Health and Health Commission issued the "Notice on Further Optimizing Medical Services to Facilitate Medical Treatment for the People" on Sunday (December 18), advocating that nucleic acid sampling points should be "multi-purpose". One of the nucleic acid sampling points can be transformed into a "fever diagnosis and treatment station" to provide "one-stop" diagnosis and treatment services for the masses to meet the needs of the masses to seek medical treatment "as close as possible".

In Shandong Province, Zaozhuang has carried out this new measure. According to the "Jinan Times" Weibo report on the same day (18th), Zaozhuang began to convert nucleic acid sampling points into mobile convenience clinics, and at the same time fulfill the "dual use" of testing points and fever clinics to provide citizens with one-stop medical treatment services, alleviating the current phenomenon of crowded fever clinics and difficult medical treatment.

According to surging coverage, Jiangsu Suzhou, Wuxi, Anhui Wuhu and other places have earlier begun to change nucleic acid sampling kiosks to fever diagnosis and treatment stations or convenience medical points.

In addition, the health hut originally used for nucleic acid sampling in Wuhu has also been transformed. According to Wuhu News Network, the transformed health hut is equipped with convenience facilities such as health all-in-one machines, suitcase-type TCM four-diagnosis instruments, wheelchairs, and power banks, and sells antigen detection reagents and other epidemic prevention materials at affordable prices.

According to the "Wuxi Release" on Monday (19th), Wuxi has built 1,519 medical and convenience service points, of which 499 are converted from nucleic acid sampling huts, and some are located in community neighborhood committees (villagers' committees).
