According to the "Guangzhou Market Supervision" WeChat official account on Wednesday (December 14), the market supervision department carried out a special project to check the price of drugs and epidemic prevention products and announced four typical cases, among which a pharmaceutical company greatly increased the "Lianhua Qingpest" The wholesale supply price of medicines has risen to 6.5 times the original price difference, and the purchase price difference rate of antigen detection reagents has exceeded 230%.
In the first typical case, a Guangdong Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., as a wholesale supplier of "Lianhua Clear Plague" drugs, greatly increased the wholesale supply price of drugs when the purchase price of drugs did not increase significantly, and the price difference between purchase and sales rose to a maximum of 6.5 times of the original., which will further lead to excessive and rapid increases in the price of drugs at the end point of sales.
In the second typical case, a pharmacy in Zengcheng District, Guangzhou greatly increased the sales price of drugs without any change in the purchase price, which was suspected of constituting an illegal act of price gouging.
